Location and price were good, and suited our needs.
The unit we were in was a wheelchair accessible unit (which we didn't require) which meant the kitchenette space was tiny and had no sink. We had to wash the dishes in the bathroom. The fridge had been leaking and the carpet was wet in front of the fridge.
