Amazing location at the heart of the town, with a green terrace, perfect to chill and sip coffee. You can walk from the parking lot that is free to use by the cemetary (you send your cars registration to the owners) or the owners can pick you up if you have a lot of luggage.
The room we booked was very nice, strong AC, spacious.
Being in the heart of the town, all important sights are close by.
I believe the booking stated that there was a minibar in the room which we didnt find and we looked.
Also, even though the parking is free by the cemetary, know that it is not guaranteed as you might have to wait for someome to leave first, especially during high tourist season. Might be easier off season.

Bellissima struttura e ottima posizione.

Location was excellent, the room and entire building was beautiful, bed was comfortable, the price included parking and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful
Breakfast was an additional charge (however the money saved on parking made up for it)

In the city center of Motovun
You can reach the spot only with a walk of 1 km uphill, with luggages it is not something very pleasant
