Central location - walk to all cafes and restaurants in Apollo Bay - beach directly opposite
Noise from other rooms - could easily hear other tenants and toilets flushing in other rooms - needs renovating

The apartment was spacious with two bathrooms which was very handy with 3 males in our group
This property was not to the cleanliness that we are used to which put a damper on the property overall.
Dirty coffee mugs, toilets & shower areas shows it isn't properly cleaned between visits & taps etc weren't working properly

"The welcome Serina gave us was warm and friendly. She also went to a lot of trouble to find me tea that I could drink"
