Clean, warm and quiet. Slept soundly.

Bed was comfortable, room was fairly clean and there were a lot of power outlets (some places have hardly any!)
Wi - fi for my room was almost non existent.....too far away from the source with no boosters?? I was properly connected but guessing that being near the pool end of the motel I was far too far away!!??
(Ended up having to hotspot my own mobile phone to get any decent internet access!)
Air Con remote did not seem to be working. Used the manual buttons on the unit instead.

Location was spot on. We were able to park our car and walk to our function. Even though it’s on a main road we slept soundly and didn’t hear any traffic. Beds comfy. Room very clean. Is it dated, yes, but apparently renovations are starting. We’d stay again !!

Overall everything was fine Room Bed And the room clean
I feel that the MOTEL can do with a update, The GROUNDS and POOL NEED SOME TLC ,the pool area needs a Makeover sunken paving broken brickwork pool needs a proper internal cleaning and the plants need attention or replanting.

upstairs people are to noisy when walking,like they are stomping on the floor ,closing doors to loudly .

How dark the room was even with the lights on. Needed heater on but could not stand the noise of the fan

Convenient overnight stop on the way to Sydney from Armidale. Bed was comfy.
Bathroom barely big enough to spin in making it difficult to get changed when you have shared room.
