Supertrevlig och tillmötesgående ägare. Gick upp mitt i natten för att möta oss vid incheckning. Fräscha, nyrenoverade rum.

Zimmer schön ausgestattet, mit allem was Frau braucht. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und reichhaltig. Alles scheint sehr neu zu sein, die Möbel riechen auch noch danach! Bequeme Betten, ich habe sehr gut genächtigt. Zimmer teilweise mit Balkon/Terrasse! Zwar keine so schöne Aussicht, aber darauf kam es mir nicht an.

Unser Zimmer Upgrade war gut, doch war das Zimmer extrem klein!

We booked 2 night in this hotel when we came from Sweden and spent a day in Heidepark.
Hotel was perfect for this, recently renovated, very clean, close to some restaurants and very good breakfast! Would really recommend it!

The staff members were extremely friendly. The handsome boss even helped us to transfer our hiking bags to our next hotel!
The hotel is a very new ( heard newly refurbished ), cozy family-run business. The breakfast was very good, tasty, and had different choices. Daily slight changes of dishes as well. U can order the robot to bring the plates, cups to your table. We didn't try because it can only speak German which none of us understand. But I noticed it had the same bad eyesight as me, once it went straight to an empty table and started to talk.
The room is clean and well-designed. The shower is brilliant, a big bonus after a tiring hike day. Bed linen is crispy and clean.
The pillows are too soft and square shape. We just couldn’t adapt to this German style.🤭

Very good location in the city center, many restaurants nearby.
The hotel is nice and modern. We liked the design of the rooms. Bathroom was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and ready to help.
Free parking near the hotel had enough space.
Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it :)

The breakfast was very good and included a great variation of food. The place is close to restaurants. It is newly renovated so the rooms are very nice. It is my second time living here in my vacation.

Recommended!! Newly renovated hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, literally everything you´d need and more. Rooms are very luxurious and clean. Also very comfortable. The bathroom is very pretty and gives you such a chique vibe with these beautiful natural stone floor and walls. Parking space available.

This hotel is very nice and just renovated. Elegantly decorated. Above average and I can tell they put a lot of thought and care in the way things are made and look. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the room super clean. The owner was very, very friendly, helpful and even carried my bag up the stairs.
The breakfast was wonderful with everything you could want for breakfast. The location is excellent, not far off the highway and there are grocery stores and places to eat near by and a bank as well. WiFi was very good.
The room was quiet and comfortable. I would come back again!
There is nothing I did not like. Was sorry I could only stay one day.

location
staff talks and behaves like they are on heavy sedatives and have trouble making sentences and words. so their kids at 9 take over and ask if we want restaurant or hotel, the reception doesn’t look at all like a hotel restaurant. One of the male staff just sits in the stairs and stairs aggressively at anyone walking past him in the hallway to the rooms.

evening meal the restaurant was outstanding and continental breakfast was very good. friendly staff.
the room was dusty, the paint was peeling of the walls. we got a superior triple room and they had just squished a single bed next to the twin beds. no room between the beds. Room was in middle of being refurbished. new desk and bathroom but walls unfinished. very dusty. curtains didn’t meet.
