A very comfortable bed
Good size rooms
Clean
Location - walking distance down town
They were obviously having some plumbing issues as the spa bath was out of order (sign in room) and there was a strong odour from the plumbing after we used the shower.

Nothing really.

Great staff, great location and exceptionally clean.
Very noisy. Two roads busy all night. Loud aircon unit outside room vibrating all night. Noisy guests coming in at all hours. Did not sleep.
