Villa Adriana Amalfi

Excellent hosts - super communicative, provided great directions to access the property, assisted with luggage, served breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace (very nice, but cool when the wind blows - which is often). The parking was provided by a nearby garage, and it was convenient to the property. The host came and assisted with the luggage. Rooms were clean. breakfast offering was good, including eggs, pastries, coffee/tea, juice, yoghurt.

We found the property could have used a bit of a refresh. Vanities were worn, soap holder was not properly affixed to the wall, close door stuck badly. The beds sagged a bit too much for our liking, but understand this is personal. The breakfast on the rooftop is great, but the hosts bring it upstairs from the kitchen, and the coffee often is not very hot. It's also important to note that this hotel is at the top of the town, and you have to drive through the Amalfi ZTL to get to it. That means driving through incredibly crowded street that are packed with tourists. If you are not sure about driving in the environment, then I'd be wary before booking - not just this hotel, but any hotel located up at the top of town. on the upside, our hosts provided excellent directions and instructions on how to get to them.

The breakfast was perfect and in a beautiful setting. Best of all were the two wools who were so helpful to us during our stay!! They were awesome!

It was a 10 minutes walk from the tourist area, but it was worth. There was not noise at night. The view from the property was impressive. The staff did not only provide a service, but they made sure it was a positive experience, especially during breakfast. The couple who welcome us were very kind to us and helped with any request or questions that we had during the stay.

I had to walk up a hill and take luggage through many stairs. I found later that there was a longer path that avoided the stairs. It is something for the property owner to advise guests about the best routes to get there in the future.

Amazing place with truly wonderful hosts, Rachele, Michelle and Adriana, who were so welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They kindly assisted us with booking transport and provided excellent advice, making everything so easy. They even helped with carrying our luggage up the set of stairs when we arrived. Villa Adriana is perfectly located just outside the busy main streets, offering privacy and peace after exploring the bustling Amalfi Coast. The rooms and courtyards are beautiful, spotless and wonderfully maintained. Breakfast was divine. I could not recommend this accommodation more highly. If I could give it more than 10/10, I absolutely would! Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful time at Villa Adriana
