Beautifully designed and a luxurious feel to all areas of the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We really liked the staff and how attentive and helpful they were at all times of the day, the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing considering how big it is, it smelt nice ALL the time and the facilities and amenities were so worth it!
The only thing with a baby/toddler they don’t have microwaves in the rooms and when requested if they could warm up the milk they said they did not offer this service which was disappointing as a regular traveller this has not been an issue anywhere else so I would say be mindful

Unfortunately, it’s a bit unorganized here. They told me to wait 5 mins for a table to free up, or I can sit at the bar
There’s barely any help and the staff aren’t very friendly. I ended up having to carry my own bag down because they took way too long
