From my initial booking until after our arrival it was disastrous. The suite we had paid for and also for an early check in was was not available. Finally we were given a suite with an 'industrial' view which we couldn't accapt. Fortunately the Room Manager came to our aid and found us a lovely room with a lovely view, but it was not a suite. He was so nice and helpful that we decided to accept his alternative and he worked out a different price which was repaid upon our departure. The room with balcony was very nice however. We paid for Club room and the lounge area was always very nice with snacks and drinks also breakfast. The staff overall were exceptionally nice. The pool cabanas were well worth the price.

Communication from the set go.

Wonderful looking resort. Nice beach area. Outstanding room. Staff, in particular Ian, could not have been more helpful.

Breakfast area generally not great and needs refurbishment- Terrace area in particular very ordinary- and food OK at best.

What I enjoyed most was the overall atmosphere of the resort; it was incredibly good. We had a fantastic trip, and I dare say it was the best resort I've ever visited. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. Instead of going to the gym, I swam laps in the sea each morning, which was a new experience for me. The food there was also exceptionally delicious.

Actually, nothing at all. Anything I could point out would just be nitpicking, so for us, everything was perfect.

Everything. We have finally found our go to hotel in Dubai. We have stayed at Grand Hayatt, Atlantis and many more, but Sofitel beats them all. So serene, such great service, such pretty rooms. We are in awe♥️

החדר היה מול כניסת חדר העובדים כל פעם שעובד אחר היה נכנס היה רעש חזק של ציפצופים כשהתלוננתי על זה הצוות לא עשה עם זה כלום , לא הייתי מגדיר את המלון 5 כוכבים. אין טלויזיה חכמה בחדרים
