Room was clean.

I wouldn’t go into unnecessary detail about the room itself, as the concept is already clearly explained: the shower cabin and toilet are separate, while the sink is located within the room. What was an unpleasant surprise, however, was the fact that I paid for a bed-and-breakfast stay, only to find out on the day of check-in that breakfast for my child was not included in the price and that I was charged extra for it. Even worse, on September 19, breakfast was closed before 10:15 a.m., even though it was supposed to be available until 11:00 a.m. As a result, my daughter and I had breakfast, while my husband was left without it, despite the fact that I had informed the staff in advance that he would be coming later. Overall, my impression is that the front desk staff are rather uninterested, especially when dealing with foreign guests who have to communicate in English.
