Wifi was a bit flaky. Cleaning in bathroom, especially around fittings,±± wasn't great

fantastically comfortable beds and staff lovely.

Bathroom looked old and dated and soap not easy to reach when in bath. Breakfast had good choices but quality colkd have been better. Cpffee undrinkable.

It was close to the town centre 10/15 min or less walk to most places. Room was nice and spaceage. Staff were friendly. Bar and restaurant onsite.

Rooms were a bit dated and need of updating. Stairs on some landings to get to room, lift was old. Near the town centre so people come back from a night out could be heard.

Excellent Staff and ease of checking in.

Just finishing off a 4 day motorcycle tour of Wales. We planned the stay based on a late start on the Thursday morning as we had a long ride on the motorways ahead. Unfortunately the Karaoke bar outside the window was blasting music till 3am and people shouting till 4am on a Wednesday night. Then to top it off there was tiles smashing in the bathroom below from 7.15am. So not a great rest before setting off.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. They got the booking wrong, i booked a double was given a twin and told it could not be changed. Room was substandard, smelt mouldy, lock on door was broken, room did not feel clean. Also room rate was excessive it was not worth anywhere near what I paid.

The outside

The hotel in itself didn’t even stay left after seeing the state on the bathroom and room.. black all round the sides of the bath, the plugs/drains were so filthy you couldn’t see down them, 1 set of plugs by the tv that had no signal so couldn’t even relax and watch something on my phone.. the light by the bed was broken the carpets look like they’ve never been hoovered and the bathroom looks like what I imagine a prison cell bathroom would look like… the website and photos I seen were nowhere near what it actually looks like complete false advertisement and the smell was atrocious the window also didn’t shut properly and was a massive draft coming in and the bed wasn’t even made properly when I walked in the room. it was that bad I didn’t care about the money I had spent and arguing about a refund I just grabbed my things and went to a travelodge for half the price and a lot better standards.. would definitely not return or recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
