The hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee bags rather than the usual tubes of instant coffee.
We ate in the pub’s own restaurant, good food and good service.
One tiny gripe: we were each provided with just one pillow, the others being stored away on a high shelf way beyond my reach. Why not give us each two pillows straight away, and cut the obstacle course?!

We have stayed at the Talardy before so didn’t hesitate to book again .
The hotel is in a good location for us
We booked a meal for 7.30 for our wedding anniversary as we have had many family meals there , unfortunately on this occasion the meal was very poor ,the presentation was shocking my burger was squashed and the triple cooked skin on chips were looked more like they had come from the bottom of the bag
