Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was somewhat small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered good variety of selections. Coffee was great. Location half a block off orchard road was convenient to transportation and shopping. Lots of food choices in malls and mrt but none seemed high end…I did not look very hard. There was an adidas formula racing event and lots of noise and crowds when I was there which was kind of a pain but Holiday Inn was very sound proof. Great gym facilities with cardio, cable machine, smith rack and free weights. But it was basically outdoors. Be prepared to sweat.. hot and humid in singapore at all hours.
Would have been nice if gym facility was indoors and air conditioned. SOmewhat pricey but I think that is Singapore.
