Excellent service with friendly and helpful office staff. Very clean comfortable rooms with well set-out facilities in the rooms and space to move around in. It was quiet, facing away from a major road.

Not much, suited our needs perfectly

Arrived after a very long drive and was asked to settle account prior to viewing the room. When I didn't return straight away to settle account I received an abrupt phone call asking me to be at reception prior to closing that same evening. I felt that the manager thought I was not going to pay the bill and he expected trouble. This was rather insulting and left me feeling very embarrassed. Could have been handled better. We left early on morning of departure (before sunrise) and there was no hot water available to shower. This did not start our morning well. Also there is no lighting in the carports for guests leaving before first light and it was quite difficult to see to load our car.

Very clean, room temperature was cool upon arrival. Crockery and cutlery, wine glasses provided which was very handy for our sensational dinner from the Lucky Noodle Box just around the corner. Undercover parking.

No Face washers provided or detergent to wash dishes as a tea towel and dish cloth were provided.
