The hotel does a good job with cleaning the beach every day and ensure the area stays tidy. Overall, we also found that the facilities are well-maintained, including the rooms, the jetty, and the residents' pool. We also enjoyed the food, especially the elaborate breakfast buffet.
There were a lot of crows, especially in the dining area for breakfast. Some sort of netting around the top to keep them out would be useful. Also, whilst the massages at the spa were fine, we found that the pressure applied was too hard or too soft. It would have been nice if there had been a medium pressure option.

One of the best hotels in Dar. The property is great, with an incredible beach front and scenic views.
There are always events happening around the hotel during the weekend. This is not great if you are expecting privacy. Some of these events take place around facilities for guests like the resident pool, which can be uncomfortable.
Events will also play loud music throughout the evening, up until midnight.

Clean rooms with nice garden.
The beach and the sea is full of garbage. Although the hotel is cleaning the beach every morning it fills up again due to currents. It is not tempting to go for a swim in the dirty water.
