It's in the center but outside looking toward the sea. It was a quiet place( I stayed there at the beginning of September) There is good enough beach 2-3 km( 5 min easy drive) and my first impression of that beach was wow, but than I saw other beaches on the west side of Lefkada... I liked Lefkada town much more than Nidri or vasiliki( though Vasiliki is a bit better location for visiting some of the beaches. Theres is balcony in the behind and it's good for hanging out in the evening, if you're staying in..
Neighbours upstairs woke me up few times but you never know who's gonna be upstairs...

It was really spacious and clean. Had everything you need and the placement was amazing, right in the heart of Lefkada.
There is nothing I can say that was bad.

Epic views and great town location on the waterfront
Kitchen not well equipped. Beds uncomfortable. Shower dangerously hot (scalded my foot) and has mould and cracked tiles. Generally a little tired and could be cleaner.
