The beds were two singles put together, it would be great to have one double bed, but al the rooms listed on booking had singles option.

the apartment was nice.

when we checked in, the reception agent told us that we paid too much because we booked trough booking.com.. if we booked directly it was cheaper.. also we had to pay €10 for parking (because we booked trough booking.com). if we didn’t book via booking, parking was free. after that we asked for the dinner and she showed me the menu. After putting our bags in the room, we went downstairs for dinner. When we sat down and wanted to order, we where told we had to reserve dinner before 20:00. We couldn’t order from the menu, only order other things (it was 20:40)

Modern building, warm and welcoming lobby. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have all the basic/necessary amenities. Not far from center. Pet-friendly.

Rooms a little cramped and furniture was a bit worn out, expected a bit more from a 4*. Beds were very stiff and not particularly comfy. 12€/night for our 10kg dog is way to much.

The room was great, it's was actually an apartment. Very modern and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and everything was great. It had a balcony and the rooms were big and comfortable.

Modern building with clean, spacious rooms. Staff was kind and professional. City center is a 10 min walk away. Very reasonably priced: we paid €70 a night for a one bedroom apartment.

Because the central air system is set to heating in October, there was no airconditioning. In the afternoons inside temperature reached 27° (80F).

The location was perfect for discovering the area and enjoying the town itself. The apartments are minimalistic, spacious and equipped with AC, have good blinds, the shower has good water pressure and the kitchen is functional for preparing lighter meals. Nice to have a balcony with access from both the living room and the bedroom.

Regarding the apartment: in need of some maintenance work. The apartments itself are great but since our first visit some 7 years ago we notice a decay in the level of finishes. For example the bathroom taps, the toilet roll holder and the sofa need replacement. We would have appreciated if the apartments had a kettle (according to the room description), refill of hand soap and a toilet brush. Regarding the cleanliness: we were slightly disappointend with the cleaning during this visit. There were hairs and dust on the floors, the towels were stained and both kitchen and toilet rolls were not reemplaced accordingly. Regarding the service: although we were not met by any unfriendly faces, we expected a more helpful, friendly and personal approach by the front desk since this was our third stay. However, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and hospitable, which we highly appreciated. Regarding the facilities: the pool and the pool area are not inviting, needs some attention in order to feel like a holiday facility. When it comes to parking, designated parking spaces for hotel guests only would be desirable. At this moment there is a drop off zone for hotel guests, but apart from an often full and not free of charge garage, there are no designated parking spaces available.

Apartment is very nice and functional. Bus station 2 minutes walk.

It wasn't clean, floor was disgusting, full of hair and crumbs, there were stains and pieces of food on the couch.

location was good. the fact it’s Aparthotel gave us flexibility with our baby when he went to bed.

The claim there is air conditioning is a flat out lie. we were absolutely roasting! we were really concerned about our 4 month old son overheating and when we raised it they said it was centrally controlled and you couldn’t change it by room. I wouldn’t return on this basis. the food was good, but just be careful as they tried to charge us twice for breakfast. The staff were ok but not particularly friendly. I wonder if the language barrier may have played into it. Having parking was handy, but a bit annoying it was an extra charge. The rooms are quite dated and the leather sofas were quite scruffy.

Attention by staff member Lydia was incredible. she made sure we were comfortable at all times. She gave us extra toweld when we asked for it and even provided us with taxi service at late hours. Besides that the property was 10/10: new, comfortable, very clean and unbeatable location. Highly recommended.
