super nice people, very comfortable beds, clean and big bathrooms

staff was very friendly and will help right away

the room was very outdated , the beds were small, the heating would barely heat, the beds would move when you sat on them because of its wheels

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is brought to your room at any time requested.

Could be better if the stuff could speak better English but we managed with google translate.

such a shame about this place I’m sure it was a nice hotel once. the night staff was very nice and helped us with a taxi

1. unclean - bathroom was disgusting and the floor plus an ant problem. 2. the pool was green and defo not usable plus all the seats in the courtyard had bird poo on 3. this hotel is seriously in the middle of nowhere, we asked for some food and the lady at reception told us 6,000 for a main we go to order and the lady at reception was gone and it was then double the cost.. it was very overpriced for what we got.

The pool was very cold even in the summer because there are a lot of threes that block the sunlight.

The weather of the pool wasnt nice. Also the price of bears and foods were expansive.

We reslised the pillow cases were not washed and there was hair everywhere. Bed, bathroom etc.. Our room was also next to an open door to the parking lot so did not feel safe.

Atankalama hotel is was a great bed and breakfest optionwhen we travelled to Calama (from San Pedro) to stay just for one night. Hotel staff was pretty available and ready to help in any needed (early breakfest and wake up call early).

As attention point: bethroom cleaness and the bathtub drain was clogged - when taking shower, it gaves us a disgusting impression that someting dirty was retaining the water to flow.
