It's right on the street, but rooms are dirty. Walls have strains like dirty hands have been rubbed on. Aircon doesn't work so good. Service is alright but hygiene is 1/5 ... It was a very disappointing experience At first we got a room where we found they had not even cleaned the room so they shifted to another room , that room was ok but still not satisfied ac was not working properly when we complaint for that the receptionist told us its in all room you will get the same issues ...Also please check which room has window big one or balcony ...as major of the rooms don't have window .. also bed of the rooms have hard mattresses... So overall rating Value for money - 1/5 Location - 5/5 Service - 1/5 Cleanliness - 1/5

The room we stayed in has nice view of the river and dragon bridge. You can find lots of eateries around the hotel.

Ot was decent. the room was really dark at night what makes it perfect for having a good sleep Good location close to the dragon bridge and close enough to the night market

The mid morning receptionist are pretty useless even though they’re willing to help as they cannot speak English almost at all. I would recommend not making them work in the shift where there is more people around-I mean it’s a hotel and it’s full of tourists-There’s a guy in the early morning and another in the evening which are both really helpful. there are no signs or anything with the price of the stuff in the fridge. Technically there’s a laundry service but it’ll charge per piece of cloth and not for kilo (a total joke and super expensive). when we first arrive they tried to put me and my couple in a really small and dirty room which wasn’t the one we booked and changed us after complaining.

This hotel is very conveniently located with views of the Han River and access to many shops and restaurants.The reception staff are friendly, handled complaints regarding service inadequacies in a professional manner. Price for accommodation and spa services is reasonably cheap!

The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, decor a bit outdated and amenities are basic. The bed feels a bit too firm and bed linen & toiletries are of lower quality. In the middle of the night all guests were woken up by the sound of the fire alarm and were standing out in the corridor uncertain as to whether it was a real fire somewhere and if we needed to evacuate. There was no communication from hotel staff at all during this time. we eventually went back inside our rooms and the alarm turned off a few minutes after that. The spa service needs to be improved. I was quite disappointed in my hair care package as the staff who attended to me did not deliver services as promised.

Location was VERY convenient. Staff was helpful to arrange a motorbike rental company. Great view from the balcony!

location is great and the rooms have everything you need! the staff were the best, my phone was broke and the lady at reception took me to a phone repair shop on her bike and translated everything for me! she really went out of her way when she didn’t need too, amazing people
