The location for the event being attended. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
No onsite EV charging. Needs more lobby area seating. Bathroom would benefit from a shaving mirror and better lighting and another towel rail. Shower needs a shelf for personal toiletries. Disappointing GF options.

Lovely choice of breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Efficient shower. Helpful staff. Great location.
The room was a little small. There is not much space for luggage.

Hotel location was good for what we were due to do and walking distance to eccleshall road and its restaurants cafes and bars
The breakfast gluten free cereals had changed from schar in 2023 to freee in 2026, freee cereal being like cardboard with milk making no difference. A contrast to the lovely toasted GF bacon sandwich.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful when I wasn't able to get dinner a staff member got me a plate and cutlery for food I ended up getting delivered.
The location is difficult to get to in the middle of the city centre by car, food finished at 8:30pm so I was unable to get dinner when I arrived which feels too early. The feel of the place, was more like student residence than a hotel.
