I had a room directly by the pool. It was spacious, clean, bright, comfortable, nice shower, overall a pleasure to spend time in - or to just open the door and jump into the pool. I really liked the area with its closeness to the town center but far away enough from the business and especially night life noises - there are a couple of nice restaurants and cafés nearby and the riverside with more food/café options approx. 10 min walk away, depending on where you go - or grab a TukTuk. Water is provided daily in refillable glass bottles and can also be refilled at the reception, which saves a lot of plastic.
For anyone wanting to use the in-house services (didn't make use of most, so can't review on quality) pretty much everything is available - bar (one in the pool), hotel restaurant, Tuk Tuk drivers (I did not feel hassled when I went out though), scooter and bike rental (as in most hotels, higher than outside rental prices in exchange for convenience to rent fairly easy), laundry service (3$/kg), booking your onward journey or (temple) tours.
All of this will be mentioned and explained to you upon arrival by the lovely and very accommodating staff. So far one of my favourite places to stay in Siem Reap and in my case (not high season) it was exceptionally good value for money.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half uns mit allen Wünschen weiter. Für die Sunrise Tour wurde sogar ein Lunchpaket eingepackt, weil wir Frühstück gebucht hatten. Sehr leckere Cocktails am Pool und ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Sehr einfach und unkompliziert eine Massage im eigenen Zimmer zu buchen.
Das Bad entspricht nicht ganz dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (wir waren im älteren Stammhaus untergebracht). Im ganzen Zimmer kleine Ameisen. Als wir zum Frühstück um 9:00 kamen war vieles schon fast leer und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

O quarto era muito grande, mas acho que falta um pouco de aconchego.
Achei o café da manhã não muito bom. Quando fomos tomar estava quase tudo no fim. O banheiro do nosso quarto também não era bom. Era um banheiro no estilo roça.

Værelser var ok, men kun med stof mellem toilet og værelse. Morgenmaden var ikke super interessant.

Me encantó el ambiente, el personal un encanto, los que no hablan inglés hacían todo el esfuerzo por entenderte, la piscina es un sueño, de verdad que es un bello lugar para llegar a descansar un par de días.
Estábamos en la pieza 301, y en la noche sentíamos sonar muy fuerte los equipos de aire acondicionado de otros pisos, cuyos motores daban justo abajo de nuestra terraza, porque al parecer les faltan los soportes de goma que aminoran la vibración, y nuestro equipo sonaba muy fuerte y el ventilador no tenía regulación para funcionar en el mínimo, así es que pasamos un poco de calor porque o nos resfríabamos con lo fuerte del ventilador o no podíamos dormir con el ruido del ventilador nuestro, más el ruido de los otros equipos. Y también se sentía muy fuerte cuando prendía el hidropack para subir el agua, y era muy seguido, por lo que el descanso en la noche no era muy reparador.

Personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el bar y el restaurante, siempre atentos a todas nuestras necesidades. Buen ubicación, lejos del bullicio pero a unos 15 minutos andando del centro. Habitación y baño amplios y cómodos. Muy buen desayuno buffet incluido. Fantástica piscina para relajarse después de las visitas.

Posizione abbastanza comoda ma poteva essere meglio, bene la piscina e gentile il personale
Struttura fatiscente, colazione davvero pessima e con poca offerta (pane stantio, frutta sempre piena di moscerini e le uova mancavano sempre), aria condizionata rumorosissima e bagno non a norma, con uno scaldabagno elettrico proprio sotto la bocca della doccia. Mancavano zanzariere e quindi era difficile areare la stanza senza avere diverse zanzare in stanza, ed eravamo preoccupati per le possibili malattie che le zanzare veicolano.
La stanza che mi hanno dato, dopo aver pagato per una stanza con balcone abbiamo prima ricevuto una camera senza balcone, poi ce ne hanno data un’altra dopo la mia lamentela ma la vista era un tetto di un capannone.. non proprio quello che mi aspettavo

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila. La piscina está muy bien y el personal es muy agradable. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar uno de los días que madrugamos mucho para ir a ver los templos.
La habitación, para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, me pareció muy básica. Apenas tiene mobiliario. Por decir, por ejemplo, no tenía lámparas de noche, algo que me parece bastante básico, al menos en un hotel de esta categoría. La ducha no tenía mampara ni cortina y el baño olía un poco mal.
El desayuno podría ofrecer más variedad.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and immediately after entering we were sorry we only had that less time to enjoy it. this hotel in the middle of the city gave us a feeling we could have even more resting. It was simply spotless. The reception, the room, the outstanding swimming pool, the breakfast- everything. With those prices it is physically impossible to have a nicer stay in a city hotel anywhere else in the world.

I love the ambiance of the hotel, it's cozy and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and friendly. They informed us of the services they offered: from the tuktuk to get around the city, to the Angkor Wat, to the bus we will be taking from SR to PP. Their staff are every good English speakers too. We didn't have a hard time communicating with them. The food is also yummy.
They don't have a lift so we found it difficult to carry our luggages. But we understand maybe they just want to preserve the vibe of the hotel.

Very nice and arranging staff, helped out regarding Angkor tour, siem reap surroundings and taxi booking. A special mention to our tuk tuk driver Mister Gean, for his kindness and flexibility during our 3 days stay (sunset, sunrise spots in Angkor, Kompong Khleang floating village, lady temple). It was the best, we higly recommend him.
The hotel location was very good, nearby old market and good restaurants.
Quiet and peaceful swimming pool area was very appreciated after a day of visit.

The staff are second to none. The food was really good and the pool was lovely and refreshing. The room was massive and well equipped but most importantly very clean and tidy.

The staff was amazing, helpful, and kind. Good location, nice pool, great happy hour drink special. Property really felt like a jungle Oasis.
TV in room but I was told the hotel no longer paid for cable service. Fan didn’t work but A\C did.

This hotel is amazing. Where should I start?
Good, quiet location. Walking distance from the centre. Amazing swimmingpool. It has salty water which I prefer because it doesn't contain any chemicals which is better for your skin and also better for nature. Eventhough it was fully booked it didn't seem crowded or busy.
The rooms are very spacious. I stayed at a double room. Bathroom is like a ballroom(room nr 106). You have your own cute terrace with chairs and plants.
The staff is always smiling, very helpful. Breakfast was great.
The tuktuk drivers are so friendly.

This hotel in a very good location, close to everything, You can walk to the walking street if you like to explore Siem Reap, If you prefer staying in the hotel, you can swim at the pool all day long, The room looks not new but very clean.

Rooms were very comfortable and the small pool area is a perfect place to chill and relax. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value little boutique hotel.
Location is a little bit further out but still located within 5 minutes walk of the Riverside area, night market and loads of places to eat and drink.
