Die Lage ist hervorragend 2 min zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer, gerade Wohn und Esszimmer sind sehr geräumig. Verstauraum ist auch ausreichend vorhanden. In der Küche sind alle Hilfsmittel vorhanden. Der Esstisch ist Megagross. Falls Langeweile aufkommt ist auch ein Smart-TV mit Netflix , Primes und YouTube vorhanden. Einwahldaten entsprechend mitnehmen und wieder löschen bei Abreise. Es geht aber auch der Gastaccount. Die Betten sind gross, es kann auch ein Kind noch mit im Elternbett schlafen ohne das jemand rausfällt. Extra Decken sind auch da, falls jamand bei offenem Fenster schläft.

Leider ist das Parken vor dem Haus eine Glücksache und kostet von 9-18 Uhr etwas Geld - aber zu moderaten Preisen. Das "Kinderzimmer" ausreichend.Einige Dinge, wie Waschbecken für Kinder ,bis ca. 8 Jahren, etwas hoch. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer pfeifen bei starkem Wind. Extra Kopfkissen waren zwar da, aber keine extra Bezüge. Der Zustand der Wohnung im allgemeinen war gut, könnte aber mal wieder etwas "Liebe" gebrauchen.

Everything. We were able to drop off our bags early. Excellent location. Lovely far reaching view over the harbour to the mountains beyond. Huge floor to ceiling windows. Really warm and comfortable. Sjonni really cared about the apartment and it shows. Lovely bakery opposite. Bus stop outside for pickup/drop off for excellent island trips.

Amazing location and great communication with the landlord. The flat had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy.

Al principio no recibí las instrucciones adecuadas de como entrar. Pero Sjonni fue muy atento en explicarme.

We stayed at Vesturgata 21b. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Really light and spacious and a great location just a few minutes' walk to the harbour, Harpa, main shopping area etc. You have to pay to park on the street outside but we didn't think it was too expensive and you could park for free a little bit further away. We never had a problem finding a parking space. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was a good pressure. Also very fairly priced for such a large, central apartment. Communication with the host, Sjonni, was excellent with very clear instructions for access, recommended bakery, bar, restaurants etc. Also some really interesting additional information about Iceland. Our 3 night stay here was the perfect end to our week-long mini-road trip to Iceland. We would love to return!

I loved the openness easy access to the local shops and restaurants.

The parking was just crazy.

It was great

Location is great - 1 bedroom apartment is located very close to the center of Reykjavik. Living room sofa bed was just replaced with a new one so it was nice and firm. A good sized, well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom has plenty of closet space. There were parking on the street. According to our host, before 9am, after 6pm on weekdays are free. Before 9am, after 4pm on weekends are free. It's a P2 parking which means the fee is cheaper than P1 (more in the downtown core). We find that if we were back after 7pm, it's hard to find a spot.

Washroom is cruise ship size. Small sink. But after we traveled in Iceland, we realized that it might be common. Bath towels were small and thin (it was just a little bigger than a hand towel in North American's standard).
