Views from the hotel. Seaview and on the beach. Lovely walk to the front literally 5 mins. Food is reasonably priced and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Paul . We are frequent guests and always book here for short weekend breaks and stay on the site for holidays.
Nothing not to like... The above rooms are sometimes noisy but that's the creaking floors. Nothing major.

breakfast was good with a good choice of hot and cold food and drink
everything was fine

Location for starting the Coast to Coast.
Restaurant staff were a bit surly, and breakfast was such a long wait for the cooked items. Not enough fruit for guests (especially as they are going to have walkers and cyclists staying at this hotel). The ground floor room had workers parking right outside your window.
