No hot water in the morning for shower. Farther from the airport than I expected and no shuttle bus service.

The staff are all excellent and do their best to help, I recommend knowing some basic phrases in Japanese so you can thank them. Whether it was finding a place to eat or figuring out transit to the sights around Hakone, we felt very welcomed. The different onsen, from the private one in the room, to the reservable 3, amd public men's and women's were lovely and felt amazing.

Some parts of the room are showing their age and could use a little repair, but nothing major

Location was ok. Parking was ok. I liked the air purifier and ionizing function, I wish it had better filter

Driving my car out of parking was a problem, each time I left I had to register my license tag. I should be able to tie my car tag with my room so I don’t have to register my tag every time I exit. The food was boring and basically the same every day, no change. The bed was uncomfortable and gave me neck pain. The A/c was not cold enough.
