We had amazing honeymoon in sugar beach, everything was perfectly executed. Despite it being most costly accommodation during our 2-week honeymoon, it does give A LOT. STAFF were extremely friendly and polite, sometimes it felt slightly surreal how well you were taken care of and treated by the staff in the hotel! We felt so humble and over-spoiled by their team everywhere! BEACH was stunning and absolutely amazing, long spacious beach for everyone to enjoy it and the sands of the shore felt sugar smooth (notice the name, d’uh?)! Sunsets every day were stunning and atmospheric, highly recommend this for couples looking for romantic place. FACILITIES of the hotel were luxurious, restaurants offered delicious cuisines and you were well taken care of always! Gym was more than good enough to do a normal workout and tennis courts were great (free with your own rackets!). Spa we did not use this time. Pools were nice and adults got to enjoy small quiet adult pool if wished on the side from the more crowded family pool. Sunbeds were smartly placed by the beach as row to not block anyone’s view to the ocean, however we wished there would have been more mattresses offered for the beds as many were empty without one. ROOM was absolutely great and one of our favorite things about our stay in Sugar Beach hotel. The room was straight beach-access room with only few meters distance to shore, which was nailing perfectly our honeymoon. Waking up and falling a sleep under the waves sounds, pure therapy to our ears, not to mention the outstanding views from our terrace and windowdoors from the room! The features the room offered were luxurious and we loved the bathtub! Bed also were great to sleep on! ANIMALS around the area seemed to be treated with respect and as part of the area. We loved how birds had their own feeding plates around the area and straycats could walk among the people without disturbance.

PRICE wise the place is costly. Pretty much everything costs extra in the place, including water. This sort of luxurious experience kinda sys it itself that things will cost, but do keep this in mind when booking. We had half-board booking, but ended up paying still slightly over 500 EUR extra SUNBEDS could have used more mattresses, atleast on our side of the beach there were many without mattresses, so we only had our towels to cover the bed.

The lake of availability of attractions such as snorkeling trip (were very limited). The others water sport activities are bit far from the hotel and are located in a nearby hotel.

Beautiful grounds very well kept.Restaurants good with excellent choice.

Some of waiting staff had attitude and it was hit and miss service at breakfast and dinner buffet according to which waiter you had. Adult pool was not supervised so people reserved the limited sinners very early in the morning. Pool attendant was unhelpful did not want to clean around the edges of the pool and was unwilling to help with anything except give out a towel.
