The breakfast selection was not very impressive, as the same dishes were repeated every day. It would be better to have more variety and different options throughout the stay.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel, especially because this is our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the reception and room service staff were not helpful or understanding of our needs. We had booked a 1-bedroom apartment and specifically requested a honeymoon decoration in the apartment, but nothing was prepared upon our arrival. We travelled for almost 12 hours and arrived around 1:00 AM. We were then kept waiting at reception for a long time. Eventually, we were given a 2-bedroom apartment instead of the 1-bedroom we had booked. However, the apartment had several problems: the AC was not working, there was no hot water, and the TV was also not working. Despite explaining the situation, nothing was properly resolved until almost 2:00 AM. We were finally moved to another apartment, which was better. This was a very stressful start to our honeymoon, and honestly, it was not the experience we expected. The room service has also been disappointing. Whenever we request room cleaning, the staff come very late. On one occasion, they took the towels in the morning but did not provide replacement towels until the evening, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I feel very sad and disappointed. We chose this hotel for an important and special occasion, and unfortunately, the service and organization did not meet our expectations at all. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service for future guests. But the view off the hotel perfect only .
