Too many misquotes. Booked a total of three nights but only stayed one night because even with the nets provided my bed was still filled with misquotes and bugs. And yes I know how to properly install and use the net…but overall was not refunded for the other nights. Which was what I expected. But The room had cracks on the doors the size of which my foot can fit through which will lead to misquotes entering the room at will. There was no hot water. As a foreigner who can mostly afford the overpriced bungalows here is upsetting. As I know locals don’t usually shower with hot water. But hot water would be a bonus.

Friendly staff, nice food, nice environment, nice pool area.Sitting area with individual hammocks outside your room.
People smoking outside their rooms where you can relax in a hammock and read your book, etc. Tapware needs a bit of TLC. Bed too hard, for me!

Also, there were rats everywhere which was pretty scary

The staff and restaurant were amazing.
The room was very small. The shower was not stand alone. It was between the toilet and the sink.
It was impossible to enjoy the pool the first day due to the very noisy construction next door.

Perfect location for airport with a beach thrown in. Great to watch the sunset from the beach. The bungalows have a nice tropical feel. Despite building work nearby it was surprisingly quiet, calm and relaxing. Great food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the full restaurant.
No shops or restaurants near the hotel apart from Browns cafe which is a short stroll up the hill.

The bungalows are nice and the food was decent. The pool is pretty good too.
The location isn’t great. No beach. Construction all day so it’s loud. Not very relaxing.

very basic hotel. ok for one night. Sihanoukville is unfortunately an urgly City where you should Check of you want to stay for longer. a Lot of houses started to build but not finished.

The Hotel was very nice. The rooms are well equiped and even have a mosquito net. The hair dryer was also very good. The laundry Service worked well, too.
If you eat in the restaurant, you should bring some time as it taked up to 1 hour for the food to arrive. This might have been because of Tet-Festival, but it happened to us both times we went there. The loction is close to the beach, but bacause Sihanoukville has been kind of ruined because of unfinished building projects, there is not a lot of flair. We didn't think it was dangerous.

This place is the jewel in the crown! The owners bend over backwards to help with everything. The staff are truly outstanding and they are kind, courteous, helpful and great to talk to. The place is very well situated and is just enough away from the continued high rises (undeveloped) and feels like an authentic holiday away on the coast. We would truly recommend this place to stay for all the reasons stated and for all travelers. The food, by the way, was the best we have yet had in our 1 month holiday. Exceptional. Thanks Sunset Lounge.
Really, there is nothing. But if we had to say, it would be a softer bed. However, we still slept well.
