Everything! 2 AC units, reasonable price, close to sea, clean apartment and also flexible and friendly staff. Bus stop to Jerusalem is literally opposite side of the street.

Maybe little bit more cutlery / plates would have been nice, but really the place was Good

The place was light and nice. the check in was very friendly and easy and the appartment was really clean.

the sofa and the bed is very old. If this two items would be exchanged it would be just a perfect appartment

The communication between me and the owner was very good. Answering fast and tried to solve problems rapidly. This is the only positive thing about this appartment.

Usually I don't write long and negative reviews...but this time it was a must to do it. The apartment has strong smell of cigarettes smoking. The sound isolation is very poor...you can hear people in other rooms even what they speaking about. Also during the nights big constructions work outside. The bed mattress is low quality...wake up with pain evert day. The rubbish room downstairs is horrible full with big rats (colony of rats!!!). This apartment to my view is poor with hygiene and not suitable for accommodation at all. Above all the owner ask for 250 Euro deposit in cash which is not appropriate for such low level apartment.

Localization is in Russian district . Anyway : very close to the beach with bar & restaurants - 5 minutes walking. Few mini markets in neighborhood. Bus station is next to the building. Easy transfer to city center, Jafa district and Jerusalem.

Apartments according spaces on the available photos looks much more closer. Space enough for 2 person no more. Noise from outside if you want open window . General impression : renovation should be take under consideration ASAP, kitchen equipment should be replace immediately. Cleaning is ?question mark Each person has different standards and expectation. Mine was't achieve. Anyway if you looking for place for 2-3 days for spending time at the beach -not at the apartments - it is good choice.

The apartment is as the pictures. Even is more spacious as expected.
