Badroom is old broken dirty. Small towls . Needed to pay for welness and swimmingpool was broken .... withour any warning

Location was perfect, close to the station. We loved the room especially the spacious bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the choices for breakfast and the room service!

The remote of the TV did not work and the tv was a bit old so we couldn't hook it up to netflix. I didn't like that we only had a mini bottle of shampoo and no body wash. I would have happily paid extra to have those in my room already, I think they are quite necessary. I would also include a hair net not to get your hair wet during the shower!

There were only few thing which were fine - people on the redemption, comfortable and clean bed and coffee machine in the room.

1. In the same building is a sport center and first evening is was able to hear a noise from door which was coming from this sport center. 2. walls are very thin and luckily there were no people around my room to make noise, but I was able to hear how they speak. 3. the worst part of my stay was the hotel restaurant. I have never seen so bad service and so untasted food. First evening I ordered a burger, which I couldn’t eat as it was very dry and fried potatoes was the cheapest one frozen product. On the second evening luckily we had a dinner outside and we wanted only glass of wine. We were punished by the staff as we didn’t wait to be welcomed and seated on a table by ourselves. More than 30 min we were waited someone to come to us, but they even walked far away from our table. 4. Close there is a Lidl we’re you will receive better food and service and if by chance you stay hungry they have very long working time.

great start to the holiday staying here, lovely location next to canal!! short walk to station and town centre. very comfortable, definitely stay again!!
