Such a lovely property on the outskirts of Orosei. It’s a perfect place to relax and explore the local area. The apartment is very private and has all the amenities you need for even for a longer stay. Very clean and spacious, around 40 minutes walk to the town centre. Thank you!

Uitstekend appartement, volledig nieuw, zeer goed uitgerust. Heel fijne buitenruimte. Dicht bij het dorp.

We never ended up staying at the Residence. A few minutes after we booked, we were told that the place was closed for maintenance/ renovations and were therefore offered a room at their hotel 2.5 km further land inward. We were not amused: it shouldn’t have been online if it were unavailable, and we explicitly wanted to be near the beach. We ended up taking the hotel room due to organizational difficulties. The room there was great and the receptionist Sofia was nothing short of fantastic and professional. The hotel would have earned more stars if this had been our choice. The owner ended up giving us a €5 discount per night for the inconvenience … sigh.
