Room good.Bed comfortable, clean and quiet.
When we arived at the hotel the receptionist told us we had not already paid and would have to pay the full amount of the booking.We had paid through Booking.com two days proior to our visit and refused to pay again.
We foung conformation of our payment on our mobile phones and then showed this to the receptionist who the "discovered" that it was true,we had already paid..
She told the couple who were behind us in the queue to check in the same thing and the same thing happened.....she discovered that they had also paid.
Not sure if this was a genuine mistake or a scam.

Closer to the work place, peaceful location
Room has quite sufficient space.
1. I stayed for 6 nights and Room was not cleaned at all. Room should be cleaned at least alternate days during the stay.
2. Though breakfast was good and sufficient quantity was available, same items were provided all the days, which I feel can not be appreciated.
3. Illumination could be little better
4. Complementary Tea bags, milk & coffee sachets should be provided.

la camera era pulita e nei pressi di alcune bulangerie. bus e metro vicini.
la zona è tranquilla, ben poco rumorosa e trafficata; si può riposare la notte in estate tenendo la finestra aperta pur essendo al primo piano, senza essere disturbati
mi sarebbe piaciuto non dover lasciare la cauzione che dovrebbe essere restituita entro 14 gg dal check. out e avere un cambio biancheria e pulizia stanza una volta in un soggiorno di 7 notti. L'aria condizionata è centralizzata per cui l'accensione della stessa è rimessa a decisione altrui

The room was fair for the price and location was decent. While it differed a bit from the pictures it wasn’t major, just some wear and tear. I would disregard reviews about rude staff, I thought all were pleasant enough. Also, deposit was released the same day.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Maybe it was coming from the toilet? Sort of like urine… Housekeeping clearly tried to cover it up with a strong lemon scent but we could still smell it. We paid 60 euro a night so honestly for Paris, this was still worth it, if I paid closer to 100 or over I would not be happy though and if someone is booking for dates with these prices I would not recommend.
