Klima Paradise

We stayed at Klima Paradise for four nights with friends, and it was one of the best holidays we’ve had on the Greek islands. The setting is wonderfully relaxed and peaceful, with magnificent panoramic views. Having spent a great deal of time along the Aegean coast, we can confidently say that Klima is one of the most beautiful bays, with crystal-clear, calm waters. The property is not luxurious, but it has everything you need, including an excellent Mediterranean breakfast. Most memorable of all was the warm friendship and generous hospitality of the owner, Michael. We truly enjoyed sharing stories and discovering how many life experiences we had in common. We would love to return and hope to make Klima Paradise an annual tradition.

The bathroom could be a bit better but definitely nothing major.

Sakinlik arayanlar ve deniz odaklı tatil yapmak isteyenler için iyi bir alternatif. Yakınlarda tek bir restoran olması ve araba kiralayarak Samos'ta farklı yerlere gidilebiliyor olması göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

3.kişi için verilen kanepe yatak çok rahat değildi. Mutfak malzemeleri iyileştirilebilir. Kahvaltıya peynir çeşitleri ilave edilebilir.

Mike is een charismatische vent, locatie prachtig , de bar waar je ‘s morgens een fijn ontbijt krijgt , ongedwongen zelf je dingetjes pakken in de keuken , hou er van ! Huisje is oud maar sfeervol wat ons betreft .

De keukenkastjes verdienen een schoonmaak beurt ( dode vliegen) glazen kleefden aan de plank en er was zga niks , bij de bar zelf glazen gehaald om het kastje aan te vullen ! Ook het vriesvak is níet hygiënisch, lang niet schoongemaakt, maar ja, met het gemak van Mike was een en ander opgelost en keek je er maar doorheen want de plek is fantastisch.

Location was excellent, quiet all day, in front of the sea, few tourists, pure tranquility. Breakfast was satisfactory in quality, with handmade products (jam, cake, fresh orange juice, etc.).

Breakfast was was lacking in quantity. In case someone was late and came towards the end (especially if the hotel was full of families), they simply could not find anything to eat. The infrastructure was built several years ago (my personal estimate is over 25) and is in urgent need of renovation. Shutters that stick to the floor and do not open, soap dishes that fall off the wall, a TV that is a decorative element (without operating cables), etc. The renovation should not concern a luxurious upgrade, but the infrastructure that exists should function. Here we have the main problem of the hotel. When I read the reviews (during the booking phase) I saw some reviews that talked about poor cleanliness. Since there were few of them, I overlooked them; most reviews did not mention such a problem. However, during our stay, I noticed a serious problem of cleanliness. The single employee responsible for cleaning was not enough (most of the time he was also unsupervised, the owner told us that he does not supervise him systematically and to report to him issues that arise). The reason that other reviews did not mention cleanliness issues probably had to do with the length of the stay. We stayed for 7 nights and found that most guests stayed up to 2 nights (mostly 3). Cleanliness issues (incomplete mopping, changing towels and sheets, etc.) usually start to arise from the second or third day onwards. At the end of our stay (6th and 7th day) the balcony was so dirty that we did not go outside. The towels were changed only once, the bed sheets never. We took our own trash bags to put in the trash baskets and empty them ourselves into a large bin at the back that was overflowing with trash (it wasn't emptied while we were there).
