The stuff especially the Greek one was super kind and helpful and made my experience more pleasant and unforgettable. The design and the decoration of this place is unique. The view to the ocean is amazing. The location is very convenient. Public transport nearby. Definitely value for money according to the insane high prices of Reykjavík.
Some equipment in the bathroom should be fixed like the paper feeder, the curtain of the showers and the faucets in the showers. The door of the dormitory causes a lot of noise when it closes. It shakes the walls and it wakes you up. The sofas and chairs are worn out everywhere.

I loved the cozy feel, the cleanliness, the fact that it is so multi-cultural, and that you have such great windows to enjoy views from plus books in different languages you can dive into. The breakfast was nice, but it's the other attributes, the generosity of the space and the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere which are the best. All the staff was very friendly, and Panaiotis was very helpful.
I guess it's a question of going there for work--it's not easy to sleep through lockers, doors and suitcases constantly being opened and closed.
