Accessible to all, near train station, restaurant around the area, their is a food court a few steps from the hotel .. staff are nice but doesn't speak english well, and if you stay this hotel be sure you are flying to Haneda Airport and not Narita airport.
The room that I booked is different from what I have seen or selected on the website.

도쿄돔과 연결되어 활기찬 모습과 놀이동산도 있어 볼 거리가 많다는 장점과 도쿄 주요 관광지를 30분 이내에 접근 가능하다는 교통 편리성이 좋았음
지하철 라인 여러 곳을 접근할 수 있다는 점은 좋았는데, 호텔에서 어느 방향으로 나가면 가장 가까운지 안내 표시가 있다면 더 좋았을 것.

The location is great with subway stations nearby, the staff very polite and helpful. The premium room too was very spacious and good. The shower has excellent pressure and all toiletries were good.
The pillows & mattress were very hard and a bit uncomfortable.

ガーデンテラスで1名と伝えたが2名として案内された。アボカド＆シュリンプサンドがメニューよりもアボカドのソースがかなり多くて食べにくかった。

I love how convenient it is with Tokyo Metro and JR lines close by, a mall, convenience store in the hotel.

東京ドームのライブのため宿泊しましたが、近くて良かったです。施設は、清潔感があり、とても満足です。喫煙ルームの予約でしたが、当方タバコ吸わないと伝えたら、無料で消臭済みの、ツインルームへアップグレードしていただきました。おかげで匂いも気にならず、快適に過ごせました。
イベント日のためか、チェックインがとても混みました。

- Bei Grossanlässen im Tokyo Dome hört man teilweise Geräusche, aber verhältnismässig leise und stören nicht den Schlaf (Achtung: Dieses ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!)

I really liked the hotel, clean, quiet, confortable, spacious room with views! and the views are awsome! close to lots of bus and metro stations! I totally recomend the breakfast buffet, superb!!

Pool wasn’t working, very disappointed. One of the reasons we booked. It stunk of cigarettes day & night on out floor. Made my daughter cough during the night. Terrible
