Set within the walls of the South of the Medina, the property packs a truly luxurious wow factor. Not a detail has been missed, from the fresh fruit and water in your room to the stunning decor, bathroom, bedding and absolutely breathtaking ambience. It all becomes clear when you discover Georgina is an architect, and she has clearly paid attention to the finest details when developing the property into a small hotel. In the basement, the owners have installed a solar powered Hammam, which provides guests with access to one of the greatest experiences of a trip to Marrakech, all in house. On the roof, an extensive and extremely well furnished terrace with plunge pool and sunbeds, if you want to catch some rays (or shade) and relax. The kitchen offers wonderful breakfasts (included with room rate), and has a daily snack menu that is available on request throughout the day. The daily evening meal can be requested/reserved at breakfast, and is as well cooked (and authentically Moroccan) as any food you’ll find among the restaurants within the Medina. Your hosts (Georgina and Massimo) and their staff welcome with a level of sheer friendship and genuine kindness that, as a guest, you really feel that there is nothing they will not do to make your stay special. On our anniversary a huge bowl of red roses was left for us in our room, and we dined in splendour on a table strewn with rose petals. Such a special, and entirely spontaneous surprise for us. Georgina also took time to help us make the most of our time in Marrakech with detailed recommendations for navigating the countless museums and attractions, as well as areas to avoid late at night. All in all, possibly the most special hotel stay we have ever experienced.

Excellent breakfast and dinner , different choices each day , most friendly and helpful staff possible , information on local restaurants , booking of tours , restaurants , advice on sightseeing highlights , the most attentive and helpful people imaginable , nothing was any trouble for the staff , excellent Hammam in house too , could not recommend this Riad highly enough , superb in everyway , would definitely stay again.

A hidden gem within the medina offering comfort, peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle beyond its walls. An exquisitely decorated riad, beautifully restored to a high standard. A welcoming team serving delicious Moroccan cuisine and amazing breakfasts. Felt very much like home! Massimo, the owner is super knowledgeable and always on hand to help. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

we were really blown away by our stay at Les Clos des arts. We found ourselves returning early to the Riad as it felt as though the best of Marrakech was there and not in the actual city. Friendly and charming staff and the other guests were interesting and interested fellow travellers. We will definitely return there when we next go to Morroco.

My friends and I loved every single thing about the Riad! The decor was amazing, the ambience, the tranquility and the food. The best part was however the whole team. Massimo and Georgina are surely one of a kind. They treated us like family and this extended to the whole team. Bertille went above and beyond for us. Omar and Mohamed were also amazing. The kitchen team were also great. The ladies who carried out the Hammam were also excellent. We could not fault a single aspect of our stay. It was certainly the best place we have stayed.

Located in proximity to major tourist landmarks like Bahia Place, Jamee Al Fena. Well designed interiors and architecture and common spaces. Breakfast is great and they can prepare traditional Moroccan dishes upon your request. Service is excellent! staff and management are willing to go the extra mile for guests to feel comfortable. Honestly, I have never experienced such warm and welcoming hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to have authentic experience in the Medina.

Fantastic and attentive service with lots of helpful advice on where to go and what to do in Marrakech from the owners and the staff. Beautiful Riad in a great location - close to all the sights while being peaceful. Great breakfast and roof top terrace. Dinner here was a real treat too. Our expectations were more than exceeded - we loved it! We would love to return. Thank you!

The staff were incredibly attentive and hospitable. The owners sat us down the first night to explain the area, getting around, and generally putting us at ease in a foreign country. There were little touches throughout the stay that just made it a magical experience.

I can think of nothing I didn't like. Every little detail was thought through.

This Riad is truly exceptional. The attention to visual detail of presentation is of the highest quality (local artisanal provision of structure ensures originality and quality of the building as a whole), creating an atmosphere of relaxation and calm. Water features create an audible backdrop that serve to relax as well as cool the temperature within the courtyards whilst rose petals and subtle aromatic spices provide a delightful scent on the air that welcomes and calms. All of these features are constantly present, creating a feeling of timelessness that can rarely be experienced in this age of digital information. (don’t worry though there’s Wi-Fi throughout all floors!) Add in the host of sparrows that bustle and chirp about, via the open courtyards, amidst the palm trees that are extending above the top opening of the courtyard and you will soon realise how fantastic a holiday destination is provided by this Riad. Go outside into Marrakech and enjoy the deep dive into a destination that is unquestionably remarkable. Sure, it’s hot, dusty and you will be pulled from all sides to eat here, drink there, see this and buy that, but take the time to realise that this is a world different to all others. The people are, with very few exceptions, kind and pleasant. The range of artistic talent on show is truly mind boggling in its spectrum and quality. After experiencing this sensory overload, be prepared to feel exhausted, but relish the anticipation of returning to the tranquility of the Riad where you can enjoy a relaxing spa session, a cup of tea/glass of cold juice by the plunge pool (oh and don’t forget the lunch/ snack options available that are so very tasty!). I am sure there are many places to stay in Marrakesh that are similarly of a high quality and great value for money. but rest assured I will not need to look for even one alternative when we return, as I have little doubt will happen!

It is a beautiful house just a 5 minute walk to the main square. The rooms were full of character along with the rest of the house. Massimo and Georgina made us feel so welcome and made our stay so memorable helping us make our way around and helping us make reservations and making wonderful recommendations.

Thank you so much to Giorgina, Massimo and the entire team for such a wonderful stay. From beginning to end, they made us feel so welcome and looked after, and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great time in Marrakech - from picking us up from the airport and planning a birthday dinner that I'd enjoy, to finding us a walking tour guide at the very last minute. No matter how hectic the Medina outside was, it was great to feel like we had a place to come home to every day in Marrakech. Thank you again for everything and I'm sure we will be back!
