Friendly staff, especially the girls in the restaurant for breakfast and helpful concierge. Nice room with a restricted view of part of the Harbour, but well appointed with bath and shower and comfortable bed.

For us late risers on holiday breakfast was pretty brutally cut off at 10.30am. Air conditioning in the room was difficult to manage at a nice balanced cool temperature (1702).

Everything was pretty outstanding. We were happy to find the room decor is not as tacky as the photos might suggest. Our room had a "limited harbor view", which is to say it was half of the view or so, but it was the good part: the ICC tower with its nightly illuminations and the building that is basically a screen on its facade. The hotel is located just off the lively part of Lockhart Road, minutes away from Causeway Bay MTR station and Time Square, but also a short walk to Wan Chai. Breakfast was light but tasty with many fruit options, and the ladies in charge, A.C. and Zel, if I remember correctly, rocked! There is a little twist with the glass loo walls, can be a way to get to know your travel partner from new angles. In an interesting twist left a bunch of clothing items in the room after checking out. They were all neatly collected and return to me when I called back a couple of days later. Would stay again.

There was a pocket wifi for taking outside, but neither room wifi nor pocket wifi were good enough to have a work video conference. The room wifi would drop every couple of minutes.
