The staff were super helpful and lovely. Felt very welcoming. Love the coffee machine in reception, great touch. Everything was easy. No stairs. Great!!
Nothing. Wish there was a gym though!

The location was great.
The coffee cups had stains on them, the aircon remote was broken and the aircon made noise every time it started and stopped throughout the night
