I was expecting a 5 STAR experience, that was not the case at this hotel unfortunately. beach full of algae!! For starters, the check-in experience was appalling, the staff misplaced my EID and claimed it was never handed over, and kept insisting it was never handed over, when it was kept hidden under their keyboard all that time and apologized reluctantly. The shower was leaking, and the maintenance did a sloppy job fixing it, and it was never properly fixed, so we have use up all the towels to keep the floor dry. Lastly, there was bathroom mould growing! This is a hazardous problem that should be addressed by the management. The children could have played with the growing mould, which could have been toxic. We will never be retuning here again, after booking a 3-bedroom suite.

The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of options and delicious too. Every member of the staff was equally attentive to our requests and were prompt in providing services.

The beach was not along the side of the resort. The interiors of the room seemed to be too dingy and not very clean. Wifi was very slow or sometimes dint even connect.

The staff is really helpful and nice, especially Mr. Hossam, who is very competent and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. The location is fantastic.

The time of the pool is only till 9 pm. It would be much better if it were 24 hrs. As the visitors are coming there for relaxation and short period.

المساحة المطلة على البحر محدوده... التكيف .. لا تنخفض حرارته إلى أقل من 23 درجة .. والغرفة حارة. لم يتم شرح آلية عمل المكيف الحساسة إلا عقب استدعاء عامل الصيانة .. وضل المكيف حار حتى عقب استدعائه. لوح التحكم بالمكيف ساطع الإضاءة مما اضطرنا لتغطيته بورقة حتى ننعم بغرفة مظلمة خلال النوم. اضطرارنا للاتصال بخدمة الغرف لأكثر من مره لطلب الخدمة.. الشاطئ المخصص للنزلاء صغير ومكتض. لم نستطع استخدام صنبور المياه في البانيو.. تعذر علينا رفع الماء إلى الرشاش..

The hotel over all is good. I have two comments Pool need a proper cleaning And the breakfast could be better fresh food.

- Was really lovely, they upgraded our room to a bigger room with pool and sea View. - Booked smoking room, the room didn’t even smell bad at all. - staff very friendly especially Ibrahim at the front desk.

Room service and the 24 hours restaurant service was great. Food was delicious.

I like the appartament

The beach little bit far from hotel, the swimming pool not that much big and always crowded, both close to early, at 7pm . As well the beach I can say it is look like swimming pool. Not enjoying 😕

The staff were courteous, and we were given a complimentary upgrade however the bathroom emitted an odour. The pool is large, although its use is limited to 6 pm.

A credit card is not swiped at reception on check-in, so payment is required for every item consumed at the point of purchase. I ordered some ice, and the waiter demanded immediate payment for it on delivery. The property is dated, and restaurants offer a poor choice in terms of ambience - the Asian was closed, and the Italian, when we eventually found it, was within the Pirates Bar with no customers. Alcohol is not served in the hotel or restaurants at all. The beach is a short distance away rather than adjacent to the hotel.

The indoor pool facility was only restricted for adults. I was travelling with my family with 2 boys. How are we expected to keep kids behind and go to pool without them? WiFi was terrible Not much option to eat Breakfast was okay nothing great
