The location is great. The staff were all friendly. It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed a drink from the bar. Plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits in room. Lovely sea view
Breakfast was lovely. Nice to be table service.
Room was very small and for larger people would have been an issue to get round to the other side of the bed. Although parking was available at the rear of the hotel the access to it is very tight. But still a bonus.

MEALS: The Breakfast was enjoyable in terms of food quality.
LOCATION: The hotel was relatively close to the town and on the Promenade.
BAR: The staff were nice and selection of drinks was average to good.
BREAKFAST: While the food quality was good residents should be allowed to have self-service rather than everything being brought to you.
ROOMS: While the bed was relatively comfy, the heater did not work and room rather compact. TV did not work fully: Some channels did not come through.
VALUE FOR MONEY: I would have expected a bigger room and greater selection on the dinner menu.
