The staff went out of the way to help us. Our room was a bit dark and they immediately upgraded us to a room with balcony. The restaurant staff and the cook were very welcoming. They greeted us every morning at the breakfast table. Outsatnding service. Even the pool area and the lounge was great. We will definitely come back. Reception, Restaurant, Moon Bar and lounge, Coco, bell boys and the entire staff, we thank you all for your awesome service.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The food was also great and lots of facilities such as spa, rooftop cafe.

I like the staff being very curteous, the breakfast, the common hotel areas beautifully decorated, the decoration of the room itself was nice.
Bigger water bottles would have been nice.

The food in the bar restaurant was good, with normal prices.
The hotel looks good, at least at first glance.
We were accommodated in room 307, where only one of all the electrical outlets was working. Despite traveling with a small child, we were given a room directly under the kitchen of the bar-restaurant. The noise starts as early as 4:30 a.m. and continues until midnight, and on one of the nights there was furniture being moved even at 1:00 a.m. In addition, at 4:30 a.m. the staff begins talking loudly in the corridors
