The rooms are comfortable but a little small, the staff are nice
The advert on booking.com is so misleading so many of the photos are of the spa but you only get free access to the spa if you book a private room, I can’t see anywhere on the booking.com page where it says this, I only found after I made the booking, I would have likely booked somewhere else had I known!

An incredible location, next to great restaurants and not too far from the airport (about 25 mins). The staff are incredible from check in, to bar service, and even join us for the chiva parties! The beds are actually pretty comfortable and the halls feel like a nice hotel experience. It was my first time at a Viajero spot and I’d absolutely come back again!

The service of the reception people. They are very kind and willing to help!

L'ostello è giovanile..ideale per chi viaggia solo e vuole conoscere persone.
La posizione... Se si viaggia da soli è pericoloso uscire la sera. La zona non è delle migliori
