The resort exceeded my expectations. Incredibly beautiful buildings and location.

We were provided with a kitchen and bathroom, but no basic necessities for these such as washing up liquid, salt/pepper, shampoo, soap for the shower. It seems a waste for every customer to have to repurchase these items when they arrive.

Responsive and supportive personnel, organized transport from and to airport.

Unfortunately, the apartment was below expectations. The biggest disadvantages I will mention: no panes or mosquito nets on the windows and doors (you can't stand being attacked by mosquitoes all the time), the whole apartment is quite gloomy and outdated, there are no furnishings in the garden (despite the fact that they appear in the pictures in the offer on booking.com), you can only see the beach and the sea from the apartment while standing.

This property is in a very poor area which is fine. It’s off the beaten path. I got in late and someone picked me up which was great. The room has no AC and the windows are just open. This led to a huge problem with mosquitoes that was unavoidable. H the ey give you a mosquito net over the bed so they know it’s an issue and they give you some kind of material that is supposed to burn and distract the mosquitoes but it doesn’t work. I couldn’t sleep all night and had to check out the next day. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The girl was very nice and professional. Do not stay here unless you bring a bunch of anti mosquito stuff. Also they don’t provide soap …. I was expected to have my own soap which was the first time I’d ever experienced this. Very cheap mindset. You won’t find cool shopping in the area - other parts of Barbados are fun but this area is so run down - there is nothing fun there.

Fans, not Air-conditioning with full access for the mozzies through the slat windows. Had to rush out to supermarket to get shopping as soon as checked in as there're were no filters for coffee machine, no tea, coffee, pepper, salt, condiments nothing inviting or welcoming (I say this because in comparison I spent my last three days in a two bedroom property 200 metres away which had a bottle of prosecco on arrival, air-conditioning, all the possible condiments herbs and tea and coffee, great wifi, good size bathroom and large kitchen for exactly the same price and is a very modern aprt...) Only face to face contact with office was on check in, pleasant and welcoming, did have some whatsapp contact re wifi not working and request for late checkout which was allowed. Also no stereo system with iPod / iPhone dock (that I could see), the beach just outside the complex is not safe for swimming according to those I spoke to. The Safe just about held my iPhone and passport and wallet, no question of iPad fitting in.

The villa was amazing, with the continuous crashing of waves in the wind. Very private. Very frequent Silver sands -Oistins - Bridgetown van/buses.

There is nothing really nearby for coffee or snacks: you need to walk half an hour or drive. The beaches in the Southern part of the islands are more for surfing than for swimming.

Fantastic room - light and airy, spacious and really clean. Beautiful views (We were in sea view). All staff are so helpful- great communication in the run up to our stay and really accommodating when we needed to store our luggage and shower etc due to a late flight

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it but just be aware the location is a little remote but there are very frequent buses running to go to Oistins, The Gap, Bridgetown which are just $3.50
