This was well positioned and the most beautifully and professionally renovated and decorated building I’ve stayed anywhere in the world! For its age everything was kept to character but clean and modern.
We particularly liked the guest lounge but given we hadn’t met any personnel found the surveillance. Cameras understandable but a little off putting.
I found checking in via a key box and checking out the same a little impersonal. We only met one other person our whole stay and that was the cleaner on fee way out! Parking was very squeezy in the side yard so we opted for the road outside.

Location was good
The sloping ceiling in our room over one side of the bed. I’m not tall, 176cm however I was aware of it moving around my side of the bed and had to bend down to avoid hitting it. Unfortunately I managed hit my head on it when getting up in the morning half asleep…..that was not good.
