Excellent location. A very kind host. We arrived around 23:00 and it was not a problem. The host advised us about the sightseeings and how to reach them. The place was clean, we had everything we needed. The bathroom is nice. The furniture is comfortable

There was very little daylight and no view. The furniture is comfortable but old

The host showed great kindness and provided significant help with the right advices. Very clean studio, bed sheets very clean, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, where everything is functional as stated in the booking profile. A functional elevator and very nice terrace, especially for morning coffee.

The street is busy and noisy like in most in Barcelona and other big cities, but ​​it can be easily solved by closing the balcony doors and window.

The apartment could be lovely and when we spoke to the person in charge, he said they had plans to improve it. Once it has been cleaned, repaired and painted, I would stay there. The person who met us was very nice. We left after one night even though we had booked for 4 nights, and has no trouble getting a refund. Customer support from Booking.com was helpful

It was dirty and not just a few bits that the cleaner had missed. The blind was mouldy, the shower was dirty, mould in the bathroom, the kitchenette was greasy, towels old and stained, sheets were clean but the bed smelt (when I checked in the morning the mattress was covered in urine stains), most of the furniture was marked or broken. The walls were dirty and the whole place needs painting. The shower holder broken. I was not expecting a palace and some maintenance issues are to be expected but there is no excuse for filth. It cost 115 euros for the night for the "superior one bedroom apartment" but we could not use most if the facilities due to the filthy state of them. I have photos.

Locations is good. close from public transport, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, etc very easy to get to the airport, train and bus just a few meters away

First the size of the place in minimum, the bed is inside a closet very tight. The furniture is old, bad chape, place very dirty and the bathroom is "something"...my kid called Frankenstain Home the couch is old, dirty and unconfurtable. The kicthen was discousting full of grease in all the kitchen tools and apliances When u enter the building its looks like a social housing. On the 3rd night there seems to have been a homicide at the door of the building, during the night loud screams were heard and the next day the floor and walls at the entrance of the building were coverd in blood. It was a horrible experience, i would not recommend to anyone.

The apartment was pretty small.

The price was very reasonable and the location was perfect. The area felt safe and plenty of shops close by for food and drinks. Great air conditioning and everything we needed for a short stay.

The beds were quite small and we did not sleep brilliantly. In fairness, we were there for a short time to see the city so this was not too much of a problem. It was quite noisy in the building until late at night too.

Apartment is in a good position, next to transport and grocery stores, quiet at night. Owner/ contact person was prompt and amiable. Bed was comfortable and sofa was easy to use, had AC and shower was good.

If you are not in during the day, you won’t need a view (since there is none). The one thing which was off was the sinks, bathroom was leaking but got fixed, kitchen sink was clogged (definitely due to pipes in the wall) so couldn’t really use the kitchen facilities… I would ask if problem was fixed before I’d book.

The apartment does not look like the pictures and was also not very clean. The furniture was very used by many, the couch was definetely dirty / tainted. You can hear every sound from the outside and from the neibourghs and the next morning we Found a bug. Totally would not recommend.

Dirty AF

The house matches the pictures but it's old and dirty - specifically in the middle of a pandemic.

The location was the highlight of our stay. Very well connected with several bus stops around, and supermarkets (Carrefour, Dia, Mercadona(was closed for renovation at the time) and a cute market right by the building). It’s also only a few minutes walking to the Barcelona Saints metro station (L3- green line). The AC worked very well, as did the fridge and microwave, and kept us fresh after spending our days walking around the city and sun bathing. P.S: If you’re getting there by train it’s a short walk there.

There was an hour delay checking in which was due to the previous tenants not checking out on time. Everything went well when we were finally there. We were given instructions on how to check out, the wifi code, and a useful map to get around along with sanitizing towel. We ran into a few hiccups our second night. The wifi stopped working the second night and came back the next morning but was not working again our last two nights. The plumbing was very poor as when we showered it got clogged and water started coming back up which was very unpleasant. Anytime anyone showered water would also come up through the kitchen sink. There was a plunger which we tried using but, as we were using it in the kitchen little bits of food were coming out from the bathroom sink.
