I felt home and very welcomed

First day I had so insects in the room that later on were removed

From arrival to departure we were treated like guests and nothing was too much trouble. Very smooth running. Loved everything about it . It was our wedding anniversary and we were spoilt on so many occasions. The staff are fabulous. The food was excellent. Just dreamy and we highly recommend it xxx

There’s nothing not to like

Beautifully presented resort, we stayed in a tree top villa. The rooms are comfortable and well presented as expected, buggies take you to and from the rooms. Lovely poolside facilities including bar and snacks. Quality breakfast and evening buffet provided. My wife has a nut allergy and is also vegan and so they chefs showed her what she was able to eat in each meal. Whilst they are quite allergy-aware, my wife did struggle with protein options there. However the chefs were kind enough to source some tofu towards the latter half of our stay. Staff and welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Would happily stay again.

The spa treatments were good, but there was a lack of consultation before our treatments began so we felt that certain aches and pains were not addressed. However staff were welcoming and friendly.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Close proximity to the jetty.

Lack of service. Little things like unable to change 500 rupees fo Into 100 rupee notes for us to tip. Unable to take you two minutes down the road to the village in one of their numerous buggies. Keeping us waiting in their lounge when our room was ready - had to ask numerous times for them to check. We are in our 80s. Farewell after five nights was a non event. Food average.
