Location Site Amazing views

The room we booked was different from what we saw on pictures. The design of the room was poor With very low quality furniture They had only one person to help with 7 luggages We were brutally awakened in the morning by noises and very loud talks by the staff. We only slept 2 hours. We have asked for a full refund as the room didn’t match the photos we saw online. False advertising on booking.com We are expecting a full refund. The manager their named Julie was professional and understood our situation and asked us to make the demand of refund directly to booking.com as the room was already charged. She said that she could arrange an upgrade if we had to come back again and showed us other rooms that were much nicer than what we got. It’s terrible to pay such a high price for a room and be so disappointed. We stay at some of the best resort in south of France and we pay approximately the same prices. But the room and service we got was low and the room it self was far being like on the pictures. The management after all have been kind to us and understood our situation. We need now booking to give us a full refund as this was just unacceptable to promote something that is not what the client gets at the end. Be very careful when you book online like that you might have bad surprises. It’s too bad as the hotel and location are excellent and we could have avoided such an unpleasant moment. We hope to get the refund we asked for if not we will no more use booking for our reservations.

a deluxe decadent home from home very much on its own, a perfect escape in a little paradise beautiful rooms perfect views great little private pebble beach with sun deck for sea swimming. lovely pool area. fantastic gym and spa. wonderful breakfast Decorated with finesse and no expense spared spotlessly clean. lovely toiletries. treats in your room helpful staff. extremely comfortable

the bar wasn’t open which meant there wasn’t really a meeting focal area but this is only a minor niggle

The breakfast was fantastic and in a very beautiful location. There was a lot of variety and choice and all great quality produce.

We were in a room which was fantastic but the only downside was the noise from the staff below. I think it must have been a communal area for them and on occasions we were woken up in the morning.
