Activities for the kids

Everything was ok

Location, cleanliness and value for money.

Staff were abrupt or people in a service industry. Unfortunate as everything else was great.

It was adequate for our budget just now.

Not enough towel rails or hooks

Room sizes ok, bathroom products nice quality

Travelled with friend two different destinations, two cars, 2nd car had to stay outside when accommodation was quite empty…. Not good customer service, when security was better inside the facility, risking damage to me car, offering great customer service, could have allowed us to park inside, left at 8:45, Thursday morning office wasn’t open until 9am to ask to bring my car in to pack up my suitcase & other things. 1 little carton milk for 3 nights accommodation, why should we have to ask for milk for two other days .. dirty floors, sticky to walk on, needed my thongs on, I wiped water off the floor & the white floor mat was dirty mop bucket & broom left in bathroom, Just no attention to detail.. sloppy linen, bottom sheet on the bed on the beds, other sheet & quilt just thrown on untidy,
