The customer service was impeccable and the room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and the facilities are great, the location was even better short walk to most things in Forster. Nothing bad to say about this place.
Can’t fault anything. Everything was great.

Older building but very clean…. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean.
Absolutely nothing negative to say.
Our poodle 🐩 she’s not used to anyone moving around outside, but that’s okay… she’ll get used to it 😂

Averil (Site Manager) was excellent. She was in contact with me from get go & ensured our accommodation was ready prior to our arrival as we were early getting into Forster.
Room very neat & tidy with extras to personalise our stay,
Unfortunately the Site Manager departing early one morning & leaving his engine running which was next to our room. Just something for them to be aware of for future guests.

Location and staff were lovely
Old, outdated and cupboards were broken, also the sewerage smell in the unit was horrible at times
