因住比較多天希望可以提供收垃圾服務

空間大和大沙發 位置非常好

整潔程度有待加強 沙發不小心推開看到之前客人留下的垃圾

位於渡邊通及藥院站之間，距離車站只有幾分鐘路程，很方便，鄰近有便利店及超市。設有升降機。房間夠大整潔，即使把所有行李打開都冇問題，四張雙人床 適合與家人入住。雪櫃夠凍，有廚具及餐具提供，沐浴用品 毛巾 風筒及牙刷也有提供，漱口杯只有一個。

廁所及浴室各一是分開的，唯入住人數較多時，需要輪候梳洗 較不方便。廁所紙巾供應不足，質量也很薄，建議多自備兩卷。電視遙控反應很差。洗衣及乾衣機各只有一部設於下層，需要共用，洗衣時間快但乾衣速度十分慢。整個入住過程不會有職員來清潔，如果入住日子較長垃圾也堆積了很多，幸好天氣轉涼沒有太大的異味。

Clean large space and the kitchenette with everything you need during the stay.

There was no laundry facility at the hotel, and hardly any place to hang dry bath towels. No table and no chairs to eat, except for the couch.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay at Hotel Cocon. The check in process was electronic with no on-site staff. The accommodation was located in a quiet area down a narrow street (be careful if driving to the hotel). There are 2 paid parking lots nearby and there was access to 2 subway stations, which was convenient. Our room was on the second level and was very spacious. We were happy that there was a lift available. The kitchen is well equipped and there was a communal washing machine and dryer located on the first floor that was free to use.

You could hear the people upstairs running around the apartment on the third floor and the dining table was quite low for meals.

I like the cleanliness and the big size of the room. The check in is not bad.

There is no basic some kitchen stuff such as oil, soya sauce, salt and pepper.
