Die Kommunikation mit Anne war von Anfang an sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurde sehr schnell beantwortet und Anne hat uns sogar persönlich am Bus abgeholt und zum Apartment gebracht. Dieses ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist noch relativ neu und es waren auch Grundlebensmittel wie z.B. Café, Zucker, Öl etc. sowie alle Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Auch zwei Fläschchen Aperol hat Anne für uns gekühlt bereit gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür ! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur 10-15 Minuten von der Piazzale Roma (Busbahnhof) entfernt und gleich neben der Universität Ca'Foscari. Der Hauptraum ist sehr groß mit einem großen Bett mit bequemer Matratze. Handtücher und Bettzeug waren vorhanden. Die Räume sind auch klimatisiert. Das Bad ist klein und zweckmäßig. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit sehr netten Vermietern.

Zu unserer Reisezeit Ende September war es abends noch lange warm und in den Restaurants und Strassen war noch bis Mitternacht viel los. Somit war es z.T. etwas laut, wenn man das Fenster geöffnet haben möchte. Bei geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage aber sicher kein Problem.

Anne, the hostess, met us at Piazzale Roma and brought us to the apartment, so the check-in was easy. Anne is very friendly and hospitality she kept for us some compliments like a bottle of wine, cookies, jam, and milk. The apartment is nice and cozy for two people. The heating works well. The mattress is hard enough, as we like. The kitchen is not rich, but fully equipped. Good quality linen and towels Good location - not in the tourist center (as far that's possible in Venice), but close enough to it and bus/train station (Piazzale Roma). BTW, don't take trolleys - there are 3 bridges with stairs on the way to the apartment, so a bag/back bag is more applicable. A lot of restaurants/bars/shops around, every in the same building.

No shampoo/shower gel in the shower (we had to purchase and left it there, so the next guest will have it) No wine glasses in the kitchen. Only 4 towels (2 big and 2 small) for two people for one week-long stay You have to get out your garbage yourself and that's a real procedure - you have to catch a special boot between 6 and 8 AM in a specific place about 4 minutes of walk from the apartment. The payment is in cash only, so you have to keep a few hundred euros in your pocket.
