Great location, just a few minutes walk from Waterloo Train / Underground Station. Helpful, friendly staff.

Bed was hard - Premier Inn beds are much more comfortable. Couldn’t open window in the room for fresh air - it was screwed shut. No complimentary bottle of water in the room - which I expect for the price charged. I had to buy from reception for £3.00 per bottle. Bar area, where breakfast is served, very busy and noisy at 8.30 am. Food overpriced and mediocre with limited range.

Pas de rangement pour les affaires qui doivent rester dans les valises. Une évacuation totale de l'hôtel à 7 h du matin car un client a fumé dans sa chambre. Mais aucun mot de la direction. Nous avons appris la raison par le personnel suite à un échange. Mais aucune explication, ni excuse de la direction c'est plutôt limite. Pas de personnel qui parle français

A bit overpriced for a 1 night stay.

Sin lugar a dudas su ubicación es excelente, además su desayuno también estaba muy bien.

Todo lo demás salvo su ubicación y desayuno me pareció decepcionante. Varias veces el aseo quedó incompleto sin llevarse la basura, sin reponer papel de baño o sin llevarse las toallas mojadas. O dejando en reposición de bebidas calientes sólo tazas para dos en vez de tres personas. Las almohadas eran muy duras y el sofá cama era ridículamente viejo e incómodo. Además la gran mayoría de personas que atendían lo hacían sin ganas y con cara de perro que daba miedo hasta saludar, muy desagradable. Por supuesto hubo excepciones y hay algunos que atendían muy bien, pero el general no era así.

It was all fine

Food was very good and reasonably priced, staff were kind and curteous without being obsequious. Good atmosphere, felt international rather than regional. The room was clean overall and the climate was comfortable.

Coffee selection in the room was wrong, never Nescafé Original for the price of that room!

Fittings decor was tired and needs maintenance

Excellent location! It's a short walk from the Waterloo train and tube station and round the corner from Lower Marsh which has plenty of dining opportunities

The room was cold (because it was cold and windy outside when I was there), however there is no way to turn the central heating on in the room (it may be controlled centrally?) so I looked for an extra blanket ... which was simply not available in the room. In the bathroom, there was a loose floor tile with very sharp edges (where the grout had been), besides shampoo and conditioner there was hand soap in the shower (not shower gel ... at first I thought it was a labelling error, but it was exactly the same soap as the hand soap by the sink). The 'hot breakfast' was cold! I tried it on both days and none of it was even a little bit warm ... sausages, mushrooms, egg, hash browns and baked beans were all COLD and then the fruit, well ... most of it came out of a tin (mandarin slices, peaches, pineapple). I thought if I booked a hotel that said 'By Hilton' I would be in a good hotel, but it was very, very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

Le finestre non si possono aprire Colazione nella norma, anche se caffè e succhi sono terribili

Emplacement près de 3 stations de métro dont Waterloo et 2 autres plus pratiques à nos yeux , Southwark avec accès à la Jubilee line et Lambeth avec accès à la Bakerloo line . Proximité également de l'Imperial War Museum . Zone très active avec multitude de restaurants ; notamment dans la rue The Cut ,riche de restaurants divers et bons , proches du théatre Old Vic . Personnel de l'hotel compétent et agréable . Petit déjeuner correct mais ordinaire .Salle un peu style cantine avec mobilier défraichi ( y compris le parquet qui se démantèle à certains endroits ) . Restaurant également correct style caféteria , agréable quand on a la flemme de sortir sur Waterloo street ou sur The Cut à 300 m déjà mentionnée . Chambre correcte sans plus .

Nous avions pris une chambre pour 3 personnes . il y avait donc un canapé lit pour la troisième personne peu confortable car matelas peu épais , à comparer avec le lit double avec matelas épais et confortable ; d'où des maux de dos importants pour cette autre personne . Le rapport qualité prix est moyen (300 euros par nuit , petit déjeuner compris ) mais ce n'est pas propre à cet hotel mais au cout très élevé de l'hôtellerie à Londres ; ce n'est donc pas une critique dédiée à cet hotel . Mais il faut savoir que c'est un hôtel 3 étoiles , donc sans frigo bar .....; en France on serait dans la fourchette 150-200 euros pour un tel niveau . Une fois de plus , c'est "la faute " de Londres et non de la chaine qui applique les prix locaux . Sur 3 ascenseurs 1 fut toujours en panne sur les 5 nuits passées et en finale il n'en restait 1 seul en fonctionnement d'où notre préférence de monter ou descendre à pied pour ne pas attendre longtemps un ascenseur bourré de personnes .,notamment vers 10 H où un flux de personnes avec des valises ont besoin de l'appareil pour faire le check out . Pour le départ nous sommes donc descendus à pied !! OK pour 1 ascenseur "out of order " mais 2/3 causent des nuisances . Après vente de Schindler ?? .

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers. De ligging was ook helemaal oké. Niet in het drukke centrum maar toch op wandelafstand.

De temperatuur tijdens het ontbijt en het diner mocht net iets hoger. Ik vond persoonlijk de koffie (americano) niet lekker.

Pleased that our room was ready even though we arrived a good hour before Check In time. Location is very convenient for Waterloo Underground and only 1 mile (£6 in Black Cab) to The Lyceum for Lion King show. London Eye & SeaLife is also only 1 mile away. Hotel is up to the standard one expects when paying top £/$ London prices.

As someone who travels the world for pleasure and uses a lot of hotels my criticism is NOT aimed at this hotel. Its a criticism of my Capital City - London. My heritage is Cockney. I love London. But the prices since Covid have become insane ( as have Theatre Prices ). Young families are being price out of their own Capital and its History.

The location close to Waterloo station was a bonus, which gave us easy access to tubes and busses around the city. Ideal base for a one night stay. Room as expected, clean and breakfast had a good range and variety.

The bed was not the most comfortable (named the crunchy bed by my husband), the drain smell from the shower was unpleasant and although breakfast had plenty of variety the cooked breakfast items were barley warm, such a shame as quality was good.

Die Lage ist super vom Öffentlichen Verkehr her. Zudem gibt es diverse kleinere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück ist wohl vom Angebot einigermassen ok, aber die Qualität ist mehr als mässig. Z. B. Hat es nur selten normales Brot, das Rührei ist aus Konservenei und der frische Fruchtsalat absolut geschmacklos. Einfach Massenfütterung.

Nothing really. Only slight criticism was the bathroom sink which was heavily cracked.

Fajn hotel na perfektním místě... hlavní místa v dochozí vzdálenosti, před hotelem autobusové zastávky, kousek metro a vlak. V hotelu velmi ochotný personál. Ráno v pět hodin jsme museli odjet na letiště, připravili nám snídani sebou, nic nebyl problém. Bohaté snídaně, velký výběr. U snídaně ke stolům odvádí číšník, vše probíhá skvěle.

Spokojenost se vším.

Erste Zimmerwahl war der Blick aus dem Fenster auf eine Hauswand und sehr dunkel. Keine Klobürste. Dusche alle 20 sek. Temperaturwechsel. Kein Kühlschrank.

Todo muy bien, es un hotel cómodo con una ubicación excelente. Está muy céntrico y llegas caminando a muchos sitios como el parlamentro, Big Ben... y más

El desayuno no es del todo variado.
